Thank you. I’m 53, and will officially be in menopause on 2 December. I really needed this. I put on 30# during the pandemic and recently lost 20 of it. I’m dealing with the excess estrogen that was stored in my fat cells being dumped into my blood stream causing panic attacks. I do walk and lift weights, but struggle with protein. Most days I get less than 30 grams.
