Good show. I’ve been trying to discipline myself from visual/audio just before sleep. I used to listen to my cd player as a teen to fall asleep. As time went on it became the TV, then the laptop and phone. But I usually wake up without the need of an alarm around the same time 6:45-7:15.

I cannot sleep without a TV playing at low volume in my bedroom. If it’s too quiet, too cold, or too dark I cannot sleep, or stay asleep. I’ve been this way my whole life.
